This guide explains how Original Renegade orders are shipped to Canada from Worcestershire, England.
Prices and checkout currency
Canadian shoppers see the current local-market price and delivery charge at checkout. The checkout is the source of truth for the final shipping total.
Tracked DDP delivery
Canada is configured with tracked Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. Standard delivery is split into parcel-weight bands and there is also a separate Canada Express DDP option.
- Up to 1kg: Canada Tracked DDP
- 1–2kg: Canada Tracked DDP
- 2–4kg: Canada Tracked DDP
- 4–6kg: Canada Tracked DDP
- Over 6kg: Canada Tracked DDP
- Express: Canada Express DDP
What DDP means
DDP means applicable import duties and charges handled through the shipment are prepaid by the sender rather than being left for the recipient to pay unexpectedly on delivery. We fulfil Canadian orders using a DDP-capable label so the delivery method shown at checkout is matched by the shipment used to send the parcel.
Taxes
Canadian federal or provincial taxes can depend on the destination and the rules that apply to the order. Any tax that Shopify collects through checkout is shown before payment. The final checkout total is the amount to review before placing the order.
Delivery times
Transit time depends on the parcel weight, destination and whether standard or Express DDP is selected. Tracking is provided where supported by the chosen service.
Returns
Canadian customers can request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the Returns & Refund Policy. Any stronger mandatory rights that apply where you live are not affected.
