2. Using this website

3. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Products made or finished by hand or in small runs may contain minor natural variations. Product specifications, availability and designs may change from time to time.

4. Orders

Placing an order with us constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a price or product description contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are those displayed at checkout when you place your order. Prices displayed include any taxes that must legally be included in the advertised price. Delivery charges and any additional destination-based sales taxes, customs duties or import charges are shown at checkout where they apply before you complete payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

6. Delivery

For consumer purchases, goods remain at our risk until you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, takes physical possession of them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal rights you may have where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required period.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
