Shipping policy

This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Original Renegade, operated by Renegade Creative Limited. Orders are designed, printed and dispatched from Worcestershire, England. The delivery options and exact charges for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
UK delivery
- Standard Tracked: £3.50. Delivered within 3–5 working days of your order.
- Free Standard Tracked: on UK orders of £40 or more after discounts, applied automatically at checkout.
- Express Tracked: £7.50. Usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Express stays a paid option when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Made-to-order artwork has its own production time, shown on the product page, and that time applies instead.
United States
US customers shop and pay in US dollars. Parcels up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked with duties prepaid (PDDP); heavier parcels use a tracked courier with duties paid (DDP). Free tracked delivery applies automatically to qualifying orders from about $75. Royal Mail's delivery aim for the tracked service is 5–7 working days after dispatch. Any US sales tax and import charges are calculated at checkout and shown before payment, so nothing is collected from you on delivery. See USA Shipping, Taxes & Customs.
Canada
Canadian customers shop and pay in Canadian dollars. Orders use tracked delivery with duties paid (DDP), priced by parcel weight, plus a separate Express DDP option. Import duties handled through the shipment are prepaid, so they are not collected from you on delivery. The exact charge is shown at checkout. See Canada Shipping, Taxes & Customs.
Australia
Australian customers use the Australia storefront with prices in Australian dollars. Parcels up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked; heavier parcels use a tracked courier. Free tracked delivery applies automatically to qualifying orders from about A$120. We quote 6–10 business days after dispatch. Australia is not a duties-paid destination: any GST or import charge collected through checkout is shown before payment, and a charge not collected at checkout may be payable on import. Other destinations
Where we deliver to another destination, the service and price are shown at checkout. Import taxes, duties and local charges vary by destination. Charges collected through checkout are shown before payment; any charge not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs authority.
Delays
Bank holidays, peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruption or customs checks can add time. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched. Updates can take a little while to appear after dispatch.
Delivery risk
Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you name to receive them, takes physical possession of them, unless you arranged your own carrier that we did not offer.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of sending it again.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly late, arrives damaged or appears lost, email hello@originalrenegade.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier, and if a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights.
