This guide explains how Original Renegade orders are priced and shipped to Australia. Original Renegade is operated by Renegade Creative Ltd in Worcestershire, England.

Prices and checkout currency

Australian shoppers use the dedicated Australia storefront and see prices in Australian dollars (AUD). The final order total, delivery charge and any taxes or import charges collected through checkout are shown before payment.

Subsidised tracked delivery to Australia

We subsidise Australian shipping so the amount charged at checkout is lower than the underlying international carrier cost. Qualifying standard parcels currently show a low flat tracked rate of about A$16 at checkout.

Free tracked Australia delivery is available from approximately A$120 order value on qualifying standard-weight parcels. Heavier or oversize baskets still receive a subsidised tracked rate, shown before payment.

The current tracked Australia service is estimated at 6–10 business days after dispatch. The exact AUD charge is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Australian GST on low-value imported goods

Australian GST rules can require an overseas business to register when its sales connected with Australia reach A$75,000 or more. The low-value imported goods rules generally apply to goods valued at A$1,000 or less when the overseas seller is registered or required to register. Where Original Renegade is required and configured to collect Australian GST, the amount will be shown at checkout and on the order record. We do not add a hidden tax after checkout.

Orders valued at A$1,000 or less

Australian Border Force states that, for most goods with a customs value of A$1,000 or less, border duties, taxes and import-processing charges are not collected at import. Separate GST rules can still apply to low-value goods when an overseas seller is required to register and collect GST.

Orders over A$1,000

For consignments over A$1,000, Australian import declarations, GST, customs duty and an import-processing charge can apply. If your order reaches that level, the checkout and carrier documentation should be reviewed carefully before dispatch.

UK–Australia free trade agreement

The Australia–UK Free Trade Agreement can provide preferential tariff treatment only for goods that satisfy its rules of origin. A garment is not automatically treated as UK-origin just because artwork is applied or it is printed in England. We do not claim preferential origin unless the product and supporting documentation qualify.

Country of origin and care information

Product and garment labels should be read together with the product description. Country-of-origin claims must be truthful. Covered clothing and textile products sold in Australia must also comply with the Australian care-labelling information standard; our garments carry care instructions.

Returns and Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law applies when an overseas business directly sells to consumers in Australia. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by a store policy. If an item is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, contact us so the appropriate remedy can be arranged.

For change-of-mind returns, we also accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. These additional store terms do not reduce mandatory Australian consumer rights.
