Delivery & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what to do if something's not right — in plain English.

Delivery

• Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm UK time may be processed the next business day.
• UK standard shipping: from £3.44, arriving 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: available to most destinations shown at checkout, typically 7–21 business days. Customs duties and import fees are the recipient's responsibility.
• Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and DHL for international.
• Tracking: provided for most orders and emailed once your order is dispatched. Updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Returns

• 14-day return window from the day you receive your item.
• Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• To start a return, email returns@originalrenegade.com first — returns sent without contacting us can't be accepted.
• Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
• EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery, no reason needed.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.

Exchanges

The fastest route: return the item you have, and once the return's accepted, place a new order for what you want.
