Delivery & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what to do if something's not right.
UK delivery
- Standard Tracked: £3.50, or free on orders of £40 or more. Delivered within 7 working days.
- Express Tracked: £7.50. Delivery in 1–2 working days. Express remains a paid option when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.
- Tracking: sent by email when available after dispatch.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. The delivery options and exact charges for your order are confirmed at checkout.
International delivery
Available destinations, delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
For most online purchases, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Email returns@originalrenegade.com with your order number to start a return.
- Please return items unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging where possible.
- Sale items retain the same statutory refund rights as full-price items.
- Some items may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where the law allows. See our Refund Policy for details.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll confirm the refund. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the payment.
Damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as practical with your order number and photos so we can help. This does not affect your statutory rights. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace or refund it.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for what you want.
