These Terms apply when you use originalrenegade.com or buy from Original Renegade. Original Renegade is operated by Renegade Creative Limited. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, place fraudulent orders, or copy or commercially exploit our content without permission.
3. Shopping assistants and AI agents
You may use a shopping assistant, browser assistant or AI agent to browse, compare and buy on your behalf. Any order placed by an agent acting for you is treated as your order, so check the items, sizes, delivery address and total before it is submitted. Automated tools must not overload the website, bypass security or checkout controls, ignore robots.txt, copy our artwork or product content for reuse, or misrepresent who they are acting for. We may limit or block automated access that breaks these rules.
4. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Items printed or finished by hand in small batches can show minor natural variation. Product details, availability and designs may change.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel an order before then where reasonably necessary, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cannot accept an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are those shown for your market when you order. Prices include taxes where the law requires them to be included. Delivery charges, and any taxes, duties or import charges we collect, are shown before you complete checkout. Where an import charge is not collected at checkout, the carrier or local authority may charge it. You are responsible for giving accurate billing, delivery and contact details.
7. Offers and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes apply only on the terms stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated, cannot be combined. We may end or change an offer at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you name to receive them, takes physical possession of them, unless you arranged your own carrier that we did not offer.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
10. EU consumers
Where we sell to consumers in the European Union, mandatory EU and national consumer protections apply, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases and a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, subject to applicable exceptions and any stronger national rights.
11. Intellectual property
The artwork, graphics, photographs, text, logos, product designs and other content on this website belong to or are licensed to Renegade Creative Limited and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may use the website for personal shopping. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content or designs without written permission.
12. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you confirm it is genuine and yours to share, and you allow us to show it on our website and channels with credit to your first name or handle. We do not publish fake reviews.
13. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify and uses third-party providers for payments, delivery, analytics and site features. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. For Australian consumers, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses where you bought as a consumer for personal use.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect and keep you informed.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, business or the law. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that the law where you live gives you.
