This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Original Renegade, operated by Renegade Creative Ltd.

UK DELIVERY

Standard UK Delivery — £3.50
Orders are delivered within 7 working days unless a product page states otherwise.

Free UK Delivery — orders over £40
Free UK delivery is applied automatically to eligible orders.

Express UK Delivery — £7.50
Express orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly.

During unusually busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather, courier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch or delivery can take longer.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

TRACKING

Tracking information is provided where the selected delivery service supports it.

Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear after an order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Where international delivery is available, the available service and price will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of sending the order again.
