Original Renegade is committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship orders, including costs and delivery timeframes.


1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • International destinations (where available)

If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are displayed clearly before payment and include any applicable handling costs.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: from £3.44

International Shipping

  • Rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–2 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs inspections, or adverse weather conditions.


5. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers, which may include:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • Evri

  • DHL (international)

Carrier selection depends on destination and shipping method chosen.


6. Tracking Information

  • Tracking is provided for most orders.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we do everything possible to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally occur.

  • If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a reshipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.


9. Customs & International Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
