Shipping Policy

This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Original Renegade, operated by Renegade Creative Ltd.
UK delivery
- Standard Tracked — £3.50. Delivered within 7 working days unless a product page states otherwise.
- Free Standard Delivery — orders over £40. Applied automatically to eligible UK orders.
- Express Tracked — £7.50. Usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

USA delivery
Orders to the United States are dispatched from Worcestershire, England. US customers shop and check out in US dollars (USD).
Tracked US DDP delivery is currently estimated at 3–7 business days. Shipping is calculated from parcel weight and shown at checkout before payment. Applicable US sales tax and any import duties or other import charges are calculated at checkout where they apply and are shown before payment.

Other international delivery
Where delivery is available to another destination, the available service and price are shown at checkout. Import taxes, duties and local charges can vary by destination. Where charges are collected through checkout, they are shown before payment; where they are not collected at checkout, the carrier or local customs authority may charge the recipient separately.
Processing and dispatch
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly. During unusually busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather, courier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch or delivery can take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided where the selected delivery service supports it. Tracking updates can sometimes take time to appear after an order has been dispatched.
Delivery risk
For consumer purchases, goods remain at our risk until you, or a person you identify to receive the goods, takes physical possession of them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of sending the order again.
Late, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged in transit or appears to have been lost, contact hello@originalrenegade.com. We will investigate with the delivery provider and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
